These higher quiltay ingredients mean that your muscles get what they need faster.In fact about 5 weeks ago I started heavily working out for muscle growth. I have drank Designer Whey Protein Blitz ( a ready to drink fruit tasting water, kind of like Gatorate) and Designer Whey chocolate original exclusively. I have since gained 8 lbs and lost a lot of visible fat. I\'m looking and feeling great.Best part, the Designer Whey tastes the absolute best. I like the original chocolate but they make tons of other flavors depending on what you want.
