Training days (1st week / uptime):
3 capsules Body Attack Creatine before training with 0.2 liters of fruit juice
Body Attack 3 capsules creatine after training with 0.3 liter Wheyprotein Plus

Non-training Days (1st week / uptime):
Morning: 3 Body Attack Creatine capsules with 0.2 liters of fruit juice
Dinner: 3 Body Attack Creatine capsules with 0.3 liter Milk-/Caseinprotein

training days (2nd-6th week maintenance time):
3 capsules Body Attack Creatine before training with 0.2 liters of fruit juice
0.3 liter Wheyprotein Plus after training

Training Days (2nd-6th week maintenance time):
Morning: 3 Body Attack Creatine capsules with 0.2 liters of fruit juice
Evening: 0.3 liter Milkprotein or Caseinprotein

Note:
After a maximum of 12 weeks should be a 3-4 week break (downtime), without Creatine at all to prevent habituation. Then start again with the uptime.
